bulbin, and that is how it is in twilight princess, and I think thats how it was supposed to be in brawl, but, as you can see, he is unfinished

No he's not.  That's the point of this thread.

I think that they removed him because they didn't like the idea of the player beating Colin up while he was unconscious.  Think about it, if you're going to hit King Bulbin and his bullbo, you'd probably hit Colin a lot, too.

By the looks of it, I think he does.
I've never seen him in Brawl. Guess he's hidden somewhere or not.
