Thanks guys but is there a way to make a shortcut to this topic so when it gets buried i can access it quickly? (i'm not talk about bumping it) Cause i'm not sure when i can use the laptop i do brawl hacking on to download these files.
Ummm... there's always the simple method of favoriting this page or the links the others already posted. You can also subscribe to this thread. That is, click the "Additional Options" below to display a few checkboxes you can check. Check the one labeled "Notify me of replies", that is if you haven't already. With that set you'll be following this thread; you can go into your profile at anytime and click "Notifications and Emails" to display all threads you're following.
Another location to get RELs is through the Resources tab at the top, where you can get originals of any file from the NTSC-U or PAL Brawl ISO. If you know where RELs go in an SD card, you know where to find them in the ISO. (you don't have to download the entire ISO to get the files you want)
