requesting assistance in editing files

i am using this psa here;

it works perfectly fine, i renamed the files from Yoshi to Captain,
only i can't stand the running speed, could someone show me how I can edit the .pac file to increase the running speed, I'm guessing all there is to it is to change a few values, but I have no experience.
if someone has the time to help me i would greatly appreciate it.

I'd like the running speed to be more or less similar to the FitCaptain.pac given in the description of this;

Easy. Open your .pac file with PSA and check the Attributes. You'll find it for sure !
