Bowser has stated freezing and I can't figure out why

basically the topic. Bowser has recently started freezing the game whenever I select him on the character selection screen.
I have tried everything I can think of. I disabled all of my bowser hacks, my common5, my mu_menumain, my sc_selcharacter, my info.pac, and all codes except for the file replacement code. And it still freezes about a half a second after selecting bowser. I am at a as to what I need to do.

edit: It only freezes once I select bowser, not if I hover the cursor over him.

I dont have time to downlaod it, but do you have a ft_koopa.rel? if so, remove it

I do not have a ft_koopa.rel. The only character rel I have is for Falco.

Maybe something is corrupt in your files?
The same thing happened to me. I downloaded KTH's Melee Bowser pack and Bowser started freezing up on me on the CSS. I tried everything and eventually found the culprit: The last 2 PSC and PAC files was the culprit and by removing them it seemed to fix my problem. Hope this helps.
