Help changing menus

So I've seen people on youtube with different backgrounds on the main menu and even different character select menus. But I can't for the life of me find a tutorial to tell me how to do it. Oh shi~

Okay I thought I did this right, but it's not changing. Maybe I got the folder or file name wrong. It's supposed to be in the menu2 folder right? And what name?
