I see progress was made...
IMO, he seems rather huge in PM mainly because most chars have been scaled down a bit. He looks like a gargantuan next to Zamus. I think you should go to the character scale attribute and cut down his size a bit.

Nah, there's gonna be a version for both games.
One for vBrawl, and another for P:M.
Also, EY, I'll ask MK about the size. Though honestly, Waluigi is a pretty huge guy when you honestly look at him, even in the main Mario games as I recall.

uhhh about that.. The smash proportions of the characters don't really match those proportions(Yoshi and DK are both larger in smash). Bowser's size was NEVER consistent. Compare his size from Super Mario Bros. 3, to Super Mario 64, to Super Mario Sunshine, to the galaxies, and you'll see he changes his size a lot. In those vids, Waluigi looks as large as Snake and Ganondorf, which I don't think is correct. Lemme compile a proper size chart for smash.

Waluigi is a bit big :/ anyways i love that your now making him to go with project M  i wish you would be able to get him his own slot xD but idk how they even did that for mew AND roy considering only one of them should have been given csp's and what not. I wonder if they used CBliss but the character expansion by sonicbrawler only allows u to give one expanded character csp's... oh well xD anyways, great work and i honestly cant wait |

From that picture, Waluigi looks a bit bigger than Snake or atleast his head makes him taller, but yah he shouldn't be Ganondorf's size if he is.  Looks amazing though by the way, I don't know how many times I have to say that I can't wait and that he looks fantastic. Guess as many times as you'll show his awesomeness to us. XD |

I make YouTube videos, SM64 hacks, Brawl Hacks (obviously), NSMBW hacks, and GoldenEye 007 Mods. I also have a short attention span and tend to switch around a lot and put things on hold. But when I do finish things, 95% of the time I gave 120% effort, the other 5% of the time I give 100% effort.

well, to be safe on his size, the new model is 100% to scale to the Assist Trophy. so yeah, thats how be he his. anyway i come here to throw a new video as such!
Oh and one last thing, if there is any from of complains about his size in this video, 1. i have not resized Waluigi to the scale of the P:M roster 2. the P:M team scaled Giga Bowser down quite alot. |

Makes sense, fair enough. And yeah, what's the deal with Bowser? He went from big (SMB3), to bigger (SM64), to freakin' HUGE (Sunshine)! Then again, if Olimar is supposed to REALLY be the size of a penny... Yeah. Let's just classify these under "Smash Sizes" and leave it at that. |
