5. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  Bisharp Over Mario (Updated 4/28)  Were Using the "Bisharp (Pokémon BW) by Soneek" with recolors by Zedkiel. Im really happy with our plans for Bisharp, Zed wrote out most of the moveset, and Mammoth and I are doing the rest. Bisharp is going to be a technical character, based around his 3 forms. Bisharps base form is going to be generally slower, and weaker than other characters, with several of his moves doing only base knockback, with hardly any growth, forcing the player to make a choice to use one of two stat boosts. These two boosts are Iron Defense, and Swords Dance. Bisharps Down B will be Iron Defense, and using it will be similar to using a counter move. When Iron Defense is used, Bisharp will take stance, and if he gets hit, he will clank and activate the Iron Defense form, which would increase his Defensive Stats. Neutral B will B Swords Dance, which is a 140 frame move that does no damage. If the move is pulled off then Bisharps Swords Dance form will now be active, increasing the damage and knockback of all of his moves. Moveset and Progress: V1.0 -Animations 80% -Codding 45% -Final Smash -Animation 0% -Codding 0% Moveset Blaziken Over Captain Falcon (Updated 5/23) -Download Available      Blaziken is going great, still working on giving him his own B moves. The original texture is the "Blaziken (Pok Park Wii: Pikachu's Adventure) by Soneek with credit to Nintendo" and id like to give a special thanks to Zedkiel for the recolors. We have CSPs, recolors, character select icon, and the icon name. Blaziken Vs Charizard Brave Bird Moveset and Progress:V1.7 -Animations 100% -Codding 100% -Final Smash -Animation 0% -Codding 0% Moveset Tilts Dash Attack: Blaziken Leaps forward with his flame cloak and deals fire damage. A Combo: Punch, Punch, Knee, Then several fast flaming kicks for the Attack 100 Forward A: Blaziken does a quick kick. (Similar to CF's but he doesnt spin afterward.) Down A: A sweeping Kick. Up A: Blaziken jumps up and does a flip kick.
Smashes Side Smash: Blaziken throws out a strong, flaming knee. Up Smash: First Blaziken thrusts his leg straight up, then slams it down. (Like CF's Up Tilt, but with framing and damage of a smash, plus asthetic changes. Down Smash: A strong sweep kick on both sides.
Aerials Neutral A: After outstretching his leg, Blaziken spins around and atttacks both sides with his leg (Based after Tatsumaki) Forward A: Blaziken throws out a strong knee, with a small hitbox that does Flame hitboxes, and more damage. Up A: A backflip kick which is taken from CF Down A: Blaziken throws out a leg, then throws his heel down to spike opponents under him, then flips back into stance. Back A: A swift kick behind Blaziken.
Specials Special N: [Mega Kick] Blaziken pulls his leg back for an increadible kick. (Framing and Damage similar to Falcon Punch) Special Forward: [Brave Bird] A three stage charge move, Blaziken cloaks himself in blue energy, then flys forward with a blue flaming bird graphic. Special Hi: [Sky Uppercut] Blaziken Jumps up and thrusts his fist upward with high hitlag. The attack does the most damage and hitlag at the end of the damage frames. 1.5 Video Darkrai Over Ganondorf (Updated 6/27) -Download AvailableV1 CSPs       V1.5 CSPs       Currently We are using the "Darkrai psa V1 by Carnage, Alses with credit to Aafyre, everyone who worked on mewtwo 1.01psa ,Abbi. for the pictures and to MarioDK for the down B animation" The only change we made to the PSA is his AttackS4High. We have CSPs, recolors, character select icon, and the icon name. Congratulations to all who worked on the original PSA. The new version of Darkrai will have a lot of similarities with both the Darkrai over Lucario, and the Darkrai over Gannon. Ours will be a mix of both, with a few completely new moves, and new external graphics. For his base structure we used the Mewtwo Alpha (BETA 1 ver.) Over Marth V1.1 by Carnage, AGFanProduction with credit to Everyone who worked on the original melee Mewtwo alpha(Beta) and DataDrain, GBC, M2000,Aafyre and LittleBoygos for the extra models/texture (definately a mouthfull of credit) and we used the Deoxys Attack form (Although its named Speed in the file) as his original texture. Deoxys currently has CSPs, Recolors, and the Char select Icon and name. I am taking some time to rework the mewtwo psa we started with to make Deoxys unique to Mewtwo. Deoxys has aura effects for his attacks instead of darkness and purple stuff, and this is justified in my mind by two ways. The Aura effect used by Lucario is only used in the actual pokemon games by one attack he uses, that many other pokemon may also learn, and in the anime psychic energy is often portrayed as a blue color. The other reason is that I dont want to see a bunch of pokemon using darkness on field. Progress: -Animations 60% -Codding 45% -Final Smash -Animation 0% -Codding 0% Plans: Increased strength on all moves, increased running speed, decreased weight (like having a weak defense because he's in attack form.) Dragonite Over Pit (Updated 7/17)       As of right now, were using "Dragonite by TheBen" as our model, though the rigging in his tail is a little blockey, I still like it better than the other one on the vault. In the future I would like to get a model with a better tail. But his PSA is turning out pretty cool, currently he is in the works for getting Hyper Beam, Whirlwind, and Outrage as his Special moves. Moveset and Progress: V1.0 -Animations 100% -Codding 95% -Final Smash -Animation 0% -Codding 0% Moveset Tilts Dash Attack: Dragonite does a corkscrew and flies forward. A Combo: Head Smash, Tail Attack Forward A: A swift kick. Down A: Dragonite sweeps the opponent with his tail. Up A: N/A
Smashes Side Smash: Dragonite dashes forward and slams the horn on his head into opponents in front of him. Up Smash: Dragonite flies up, then tucks in his wings and spins out. Down Smash: A tail attack on both sides.
Aerials Neutral A: Dragonite spreads his wings causing damage. Forward A: Dragonite does a headbutt. Up A: Dragonite turns toward the screen, then flies upward and backflips, dealing damage with his entire body. Down A: A downward tail attack. Back A: Dragonite flips around and slams his wing behind him.
Specials Special N: [Hyper Beam] Dragonite shoots a huge blast of powerful energy for decent amount of time. The attack will also have an increadible cooldown at 140 frames. Special Forward: [Whirlwind] A press and hold attack, Dragonite flys slightly above the ground, then sends out continious bursts of strong wind, dealing damage every couple seconds. Special Hi: [Fly] (The beginning stage of this attack will be like Pits) Dragonite Flys up with a degree of control. (The second part of this attack hasnt been fully thought out yet. But it has a few ideas. One is that when you press a specific button, Dragonite will do a different attack out of his Fly. Down B would be where he stomped down to the ground. Like how Fly works in the pokemon games. Special Lw: [Outrage] A Press and Hold Stance, where Dragonite goes crazy and starts rabidly attacking with various attacks. Dragonite can move forward, turn around, and jump while using Outrage. Dragonite will aslo take a percentage of damage for every few seconds he's using outrage.
Electivire Over DK (Updated 5/10) -Download Available      Electivire is one of the best looking PSAs purley because Donkey Kong's movement is so close to Electivire's it made it easy. We used the "Electivire - V2 by LittleBoygos, Nanobuds, and Bav" as the original texture. We also gave him a sizemod with PSA. We have CSPs, recolors, character select icon, and the icon name. Empoleon Over Ike (Updated 3/23)         Same porting problems as Emboar. I used the "Knuckles over Falco V2 by calikingz01, KJMA23X with credit to nanobuds" for the .rel and the :Empoleon {Pokemon Platinum} by Flygon" for the texture. We have CSPs from both Zedkiel and myeslf, character select icons, and icon names. Currently Empoleon is at a standstill because of his problems with the model swap I attempted to preform to avoid the problems I was having with the .rel. After the going through the necessary steps of a model swap, when I boot him up he freezes on entry and i cant seem to find out why. Pm me if anyone has any ideas. -------- A new update on the model swap problem with Empoleon. We booted the files we have for him in Gecko on Dolphin, and he loaded perfectly, but when we use the same files on Riivo on our Wii he freezes on entry. We have NO idea how to fix this yet. Moveset and Progress: V1.0 -Animations 45% -Codding 0 % (cause he freezes  ) -Final Smash -Animation 0% -Codding 0% Moveset Flygon Over Ness (Updated 5/17)       We use "Flygon by Bluebreon" as our model, and it is seeming like Flygon is gonna be one of our most ineresting PSAs seeing as how he will be normally flying, and sometimes grounded. Flygon will fly while waiting, running and obviously jumping, then during some of his attacks he will land before striking. We are also planning on making Flygon have several elemental attacks because of his dragon typing, and because we normally dont stray too far from from the pokemon's base type for their attacks to prevent any unethical or weird moves. Progress: V1.0 -Animations 35% -Codding 0 % -Final Smash -Animation 0% -Codding 0% Gallade Over Sheik -Download Available       This was the first moveset we really worked on. The original texture we are using is the "Gallade by Starwaffle." Gallade still has all the same B moves as Sheik, but we are working out how to change them. Gengar Over Wario (Updated 3/23) -Download Available      Im excited to work on Gengar because he is one of the coolest pokemon and he has always needed a PSA. We are using the "Gengar (Pokemon RBY) by Aafyre with credit to dingoberriz and BeyondYou" as the original texture, and "Gengar Recolors by ninja_cupcakes, Aafyre." Finally finished both his Up B (Teleport any direction) and his Side B (Shadow Ball) with alot of help from Carnage. Gengar Now has a perfect new model that really pulls his PSA together. Right now im working on his down B, and the even newer version should be released soon with more new moves. Gengar Takes Flight! Groudon Over Bowser (Updated 12/28/12) -Download Available(Working on New Version)       Groudon is probably our most well done PSA. ShinyMammoth and I did the animations and Carnage did the codding. We are currently using “True Sized Groudon (One-Slot) by LCCoolJ95, Aafyre with credit to zanzaroxas for the tutorial ” as the original mode. Gyarados Over ??? -Download Available Haxorus Over Peach (Updated 5/17)       Originally, we had planned on using "Haxorus V3 [Pokemon B/W] by ShadowLuigi-NG-" but now that our model importer is doing his own Haxorus, were gonna use his. Haxorus will be a pretty strong character due to his high attack stat in the pokemon games. Haxorus will probably the second strongest character on our roster with the first being Rhyperior. (Think Gannon to Ike) Also seeing as our eyes keep getting bigger the more that we learn, were gonna try to keep Haxorus's PSA will be as simple as possible. Just a slow but strong heavy hitter. Progress: -Animations 20% -Codding 0% -Final Smash -Animation 0% -Codding 0% Kabutops Over Lucas (Updated 3/23)       Currently were using the Kabutops (Pokemon RBY) by Aafyre, Velen Zaiga, and Nanobuds for the model, and I cant say I could imagine a better model. Were having a few problems with the model swap we did to get him over Lucas. Actually the only problem he has is that he freezes when thrown, but if we load him up with Lucas's motion file he doesnt freeze. So we have some experimenting to do on him. But still, even with this problem we have continued to work on other things for him aside from trying to figure out how to fix his problem. Moveset and Progress: V1.0 -Animations 65% -Codding 65% -Final Smash -Animation 0% -Codding 0% Moveset Mewtwo Over ROB (Updated 5/23)       Were not really sure what model were settling on, there's so many great Mewtwo's out there its hard to choose. We do know that mewtwo will have two guest's, one being Armored Mewtwo, and the other being Mewtwo X&Y Were also using Carnage's "Mewtwo Alpha (BETA Release) over Marth V1.1" as the PSA, but it will have serveral updates to the animations, like the charges for his smash attacks, and new graphics. But dont worry, his moveset will remain the same. Plus, im being hopeful when I say this, were trying to give him his own article to replicate Lucario's aura ball while being over Marth. We have CSPs, Character Select Icon, and Name. Im really enjoying animating Rhyperior. Although his body is pretty awkward, his animations are turning out great. Im trying my best to replicate his stiff, rock pokemon demeanor. Progress: -Animations 65% -Codding 0 % -Final Smash -Animation 0% -Codding 0% Scizor Over Falco (Updated 5/23) Torterra Over Yoshi (Updated 5/17)       Im really excited to work on this PSA because Torterra has always been my favorite of the grass starters, and it is gonna be really cool to have someone for Tormod's Venusaur to fight. Torterra will probably be a slower and stronger version of Venusar, with the addition to rock and ground moves. Progress:-Animations 0% -Codding 0% -Final Smash -Animation 0% -Codding 0% Treecko Over Luigi (Updated 7/31/12)  What can I say? Treecko was made over Luigi because there wasn't anyone cool over him besides sudowoodo, but he quickly grew to be one of my favorite PSAs because hes turning out to be really fun to play. We did his size mod in smash attacks, hes faster, he is alot lighter, less gravity and he can jump higher. The original texture were using is "Treecko by Nanobuds" and we have recolors, CSPs, Icon, and Character select Name. We are also considering using a couple of Cornstalks recolors. Progress:-Animations 45% -Codding 45% -Final Smash -Animation 0% -Codding 0% Plans: Neutral B (Bullet Seed) Trainer Typhlosion Over Link (Updated 5/10) -Download Available      Its been a long time but finally, thanks to Carnage, im able to make the Typhlosion PSA. At first nothing was working and I couldn't get anything done. But now a lot of his attacks just randomly started falling into place. Typhlosion is going to be a lot like charizard but not a clone, he will be faster, and most of his attacks will be fire based. (Typhlosion is a Special Attack Based Pokemon) The New Version of Typhlosion will have new Air attacks that are better fitting to him, more ext graphics, and his side B will be Flame Wheel. We are using a custom model made for Kagemaru, then it was passed down to us. We plan on making it so Zoroark will spawn in as either himself, Raikou, or Entei at random, and he will have the ability to taunt to transform into all three forms. Unfortunately, due to the fileseize issues we have been having, I dont think that the dog forms will be able to do much other than wait, walk and run. Aside from his form changing, Zoroark will have a very technical moveset, and instead of explaining it right here I will in the moveset.
