Game keeps freezng

idk whats wrong but i keep freezing. Is this because I have too many textures? Do i have an out dated file patch code? im useing 1.3.5 i think. I dont have any stage textures. I do have item textures though. What can I do to help this?

Are any of your files corrupted?  Remove anything that appears to be corrupted to see if that helps.

1.3.5 is outdated.  Although that's not necessarily the problem, I recommend upgrading anyhow.  At what point does the game freeze at?  When you select a character?

it freezes at times like when i click on gecko os from homebrew, or right after gecko os loads, or leaving a stage like when i win or lose. or just training stages. and somtimes when battle starts during the countdown. And anytime i try to access one of my custome edited stages. (that have infinate parts and overlapping parts) But none of the hacked stages of mine are really complex. Thats pretty much when i freeze. oh and how do i know if my SD files are corrupt? and can u send me the link to the newest file patch? I hav a feeling thats why it keeps freezing. and one more thing. Do i have to delete the old file patch if i get the new 1?
