it should work for PAL just change the 'en' extension.
If it doesn't ill figure something out.

well I will soon try it out, but as far as I know, I haven't got NTSC-U straploaders to work on PAL (it freezes).

And in case you didn't know, in PAL the straploader is named sc_strap_en.pac
and is placed in \menu2\ .
