Best PSA's for Project M?

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place (new to the community) but I was wondering if there were any good character psa's that are balanced well for Project M? Specifically Luigi, Lucas or ness, falco or fox, rob, marth or ike, gannon, toon link, wolf, or lucario. I would just like to make some of the cloned or less interesting characters something worth actually playing.

This Mewtwo one is alright. All the others are kind of flashy but really untweaked/unbalanced gameplay-wise.

So there's really been no effort made to make balanced psa's? That's disappointing

Some users are making an effort to make balanced PSAs, but they are balanced for VBrawl and not Project M(Yet).

What is the difference between vbrawl and project m? I just recently got into the hacked brawl games, is it better or worse?

I've tried to get the 2.0 release of Mewtwo for Project M but the download seems to be down, would it be possible to just tweak some characters ratings so they fit within the Project M nerfs and buffs?

Believe it or not, there's a world of differences between PSAs balanced for PM, VBRawl, and Minus, and they have to do with differing standards and engine settings.

PM has way too many differences between a whole lot of factors and topics to even state, so it would be easier to point you to the PM site.
