Giving Luigi Kirbys neutral B

I'm trying to give Luigi Kirby's neutral b but when i use down b it freezes I have copied and pasted Kirby's psa data onto Luigi's down b data has anyone else swapped Kirby's suck with anybody else and has it worked? Thanks.

Impossible. Kirby hats are read from external files. Also, simply copying and pasting the events won't work. Each character's special is controlled by Article Floating Points. And they are very different with each character.

So i can't just have him suck up a person and not take an abilty.Is there something that can simulate something getting sucked up or no?

I would be hard to. Even I don't know how to accomplish such a thing... Or even know if it's possible to do such...

You could try copying King Dedede's suck up move instead of Kirby's
