missing resorces

[NoDes]

i have been using Pre made sets like Project M and Brawl Minus to hack.
i wanted to use the  Replacement Sound Bank Engine , so i headed over to resuorces and found that the code manager was invalid or deleted. i also needed a Bin2Png right now, same story.
i was wondering where the went, and if any one could provide a download for me.

And if anyone can share there Project M Wifi Safe .gtc that has the Replacement Sound Bank Engine that would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance~

Me and Chaos_Knight placed new download links to both those things... It still hasn't been updated I see...

In that case, I have a new link for Bin2Jpg.

Mind if I stick in Code Manager?
