So I was following this tutorial on hacking my Wii for 4.3U(http://www.wikihow.com/Install-Homebrew-on-Wii-Menu-4.3), and I got to the point where I put the SD card in my Wii.

I went to the Wii Message board, and nothing showed up, nothing for months forward or behind!

What can I do?

BTW I have a Mac, and my SD card is Sandisk Micro SD card adapter. The Micro SD card is 8GB

What format is your SD card? It has to be either FAT16 or FAT32. Also make sure the boot.elf is on the root of your SD card. Not in the 'private' folder, but on the top of your SD card.

I was able to fix it, thank you! But now I'm having issues with finding the right folder so I can load textures. According to this guide (http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=12169.0) my private folder should look like this

private\wii\app\RSB(X)\pf\Fighter\(Character Name)\

However it doesn't. It looks like private>Wii>title>HAEA>BEF9B26B>657BC9>2013>09>12>03>17>HABA_#1>txt>19EB7BCF.000>

you have to make those folders yourself, it's the path the file replacement code follows to find your texture/model mods.

Thank you. But now I can't load the Gecko channel from Homebrew.

Make sure you don't have any memory cards or USB drives inserted when you're trying to load Gecko.
