Ok, this is my first texture on a character, so pleas be gentle.

I've been working on the texture for all day, it's a simple little look change placed on the Capeless & Tiarraless Marth Model by Jack H.

I think you can see my problems... but I'll point it out a bit better...

I think I can handle the nose, but any tips are appreciated, but I've been fussing with the eyes for ageshours and I can't figure out whats wrong.

I went and uploaded all of the textures and the .pac/.pcs's to mediafire if you need to look more closely.

Again, any help at all a appreciated.

I checked your texture, and immediately I saw something wrong with it.  You changed the texture formats for some of the texture parts.  You can't do that, since that can cause game crashes or make the texture part look messed up in-game.

Look at the list below, which shows Marth's texture parts, and the texture formats that they use.

    Mar01 - CMPR
    Mar02 - CMPR
    Mar03 - CMPR
    Mar04 - CMPR
    Mar05 - RGB5A3
    Mar06 - CMPR
    Mar07 - RGB5A3
    MarthEyeHigh - IA4
    MarthEyeIris - CI8 / RGB5A3 palette
    MarthEyeWhite - CMPR
    MarthEyeYellow - CMPR
    Ref - RGB565

Crap... My habit of clicking the recommend button strikes again... It just looks so gosh darn helpful. I'll give it a shot.

EDIT: Hmmm... didn't work... Infact, It made it worse.

Now his hair dosn't do transparency right. Still looking for some help.
