Does a PSA exist to restore Jigglypuff?

She was nerfed heavily from Melee to Brawl. I was wondering if a PSA exists for her to make her more like Melee? I can't find it if it does. Thanks.

The one or PM is an example, but I am unaware of its effects on vBrawl.

I don't use anything like that, I just hack vanilla.

Well why not give Project M a try. It restore all characters,and a so adds roy and mewtwo with out removing marth or lucario. Alots of stages hacks too. What do you have to ?

Because I like BrawlEX and don't care to play a game that's like Melee. With BrawlEX I can add more than just Roy and Mewtwo without removing anyone. And I have twice as many stages as the game normally carries.

I don't understand why people are so obsessed with Project M as if it's the only way, or the only right way, to play with hacks.

You could always use it to borrow some PSA's if nothing else, it's pretty fun once in a while but I always end up going back to BrawlEX.
I still talk to myself! If anyone wants to use anything I've done, feel free to! But do tell me where you use it, I want to see the finished product!

Why don't you do it yourself then?

It shouldn't be that difficult at all, just go to the Down B subaction and change the damage or kb to whatever you want.

First step: Download BBox 0.68b and download a FitPurin.pac
Second Step: open the first tab, the first tab again, and then subactions
Third step: scroll down to specialLw (I believe, I haven't looked inside FitPurin ever)
Fourth step: Open the offensive collision there and change the damage/kb to whatever you want
Fifth step: Save
