Looks great! Just make sure that the Uchiha Fan is present on his back just below the neck and perhaps give him the option of having the Mangekyo Sharingan eyes.

I can't edit Marths legs for nothing. I tried to before, but his legs are a vertex "tornado." I can barely tell what is what.

I could do the collar thing, though. That'd be simple. Don't expect anything soon, though.
