Project M problems

I've been using Project M since 3.01 came out.  For some reason, today the sfx on Roy and Mewtwo decided to stop working.  Even the announcer has changed.  What happened and how can I fix it?  I have not changed anything recently.

Make sure you did not lock your SD card by accident.

The sound is the only thing wrong.  I have not locked the sd card.  I also have the latest version.
By the way, with Link, in one battle I taunted, and it was the fairy taunt, with Navi's voice.  When I tried it again, it was the Twilight Princess sword sheathe taunt.  How do I activate that on purpose?
