Help making .sawnd files?

So I've been using Super Sawndz (the one included with the Replacement Soundbank Engine) and I have a brsar, sndconv.exe, and everything needed. I've been trying to make a .sawnd file of a Cloud announcer call for Olimar, but when I select the sound, click "Create Sawnd", and select my destination, no .sawnd file appears there. :( Any help?

Anyone? At all? Please? Also, I'll note that Replacement SoundBank Engine code doesn't us brsars, and only .sawnd files. This is why I want to make a .sawnd file. Also sorry for the double post
