Problem with BrawlEx clone tool

When ever I try to add a character the program crashes. THEN after the folder and everything was created  I  select the same pf folder again it crashes. It just gives me the program has stopped working message. I am not sure what I is wrong, i downloaded all the files i needed and put them in one folder and have the private and codes folders in another new folder.

If your on Windows 8, make sure your using the XP version of the tool. sc_selcharacter has to be compressed to either LZ77 or none. Not Extended LZ77. If there's a common5, it's best to take it out while using it.
