yeah, remember to make it look in 3ds max like if he is tall and slim, i know it may sound obvious, but its an important thing, otherwise, when resizing, it wont look all the good it should ^^
for example, when previewing my darknut, the proportions are really the ones of the big guy, and u would only notice his size when placing a regular toon link on his side.
and this next tip might act weird with the animations, but u should try to make the body itself smaller, so the legs and arms look longer ^^
