uhm. are you dumb? there is no emulator. there is no playable rom. people have a modified 3ds to be able to extract these textures and stuff like that. You can't play roms

What, there's a ROM, and with the XOR pad I can go inside
However there is no way of emulating the ROM(sans like, a flashcard)
