Does the Clone Engine work with any stage expansions?

If so, please leave a link here. I've been trying to add it, and I must be doing something wrong. Or, they're not compatible. :P Thanks in advance!

Nebulon's "Brawl 4 All" Pack uses both the clone engine and stage expansions, so it must be possible. I don't know too much about it, though, so I would recommend asking either him or FrozenFire.
