Today I've been trying to install a bunch of stage hacks and all the ones with out rel files (with a few exceptions), but they've worked for the most part. Except for any stages with rel files, I know that this is because I have a PAL Wii and all the rel files on brawl vault are NTSC. I found a topic where someone linked to a mediafire link with every PAL rel file, but that is down now and I've tried out

I've specifically been trying to get this hack to work:
