PSA doesnt work on king dedede

PSA (smash attack) wont open FitDedede.pac it just keeps telling me "cannot locate file data" then it says "could not open file"
does anyone knows how to open it does it need another type of version or a different program
i just want to increase damage

You need to use a different version of the thing.
