Stupid question! What exactly is CSS?

[xlMattchulx]

What exactly is CSS? Like, a quick run down? I see it listed in the Gecko Codes and forums and whatnot... I've tried looking in multiple tuts and help sections, but there are so many topics of OTHER things!!!

CSS is the Character Select Screen! Where you select your characters.
