Character SFX Chnage Tut?

Is there a good tutorial on how to change Character SFX? I can't find one...

Although the tutorial is intended for Brawlex characters the same process applies to all PSA-related SFX edits. Fair warning, it's an annoying process and I've only done something like that for a small number of SFX entries.
