whats .rel

hi there, today I am trying to get some model-hacked scenarios like the blue moon battle ship, but there says I have to put the st_pirates.rel in the module folder, but I have no idea whats the module folder, please, can say someone tell me whats the module and the tell me the way to put the .rel file in the module file?

Your stage should come with a .rel for it.  You have to create the module folder.  It goes in the pf folder i think.  So it should be like private/.../pf/module/yourstage.rel

An .rel file lets you play a certain stage on a stage that it doesn't play on (you have to change it first).

Example, you want to play a Final Destination-based stage on another stage (let's use Battlefield). You change Final Destination's .rel to match Battlefield's, place it in pf\module, and rename it to st_battle.rel.

I've totally forgotten everything about converting .rels and have only just come back to the scene after PW manage to expand the stage roster on the SSS. I've downloaded the Stage Switcher application and the rels but I'm having problems. Either the .rels I downloaded are incorrect or my converting process is wrong.

For example's sake, say I want to use Aensland Castle (which uses a luigi mansion base) as a custom stage. What selections would I make in the stage switcher application in order to convert a working .rel file?

Disregard. I was using an ancient version of stage switcher and that's what was causing me problems >.>
