Charging smash attacks with c-stick like in Smash 4? & Easier Wavedashing?

Is there a way to charge smash attacks with c-stick like in Smash 4 for Brawl?


Also is there a way to shield with soft/mid press of the L & R shoulder buttons so I can use this wavedash code without having to fully click press?
