[Help] Falco Ex Module

I wonder if anyone knows where to get a module (.rel) file of Falco or if there even exist one, because I've downloaded a Character (Squall over Falco) http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=35502

I have the config templates but not the module file.
