This project is in progress.
I'm recreating Flandre Scarlet, both in model and in PSA, due to the fact that some were unsatisfied with the last Flandre PSA.
Who is Flandre Scarlet? She comes from a Japanese game called Touhou, which has become extremely popular. Some Touhou games were made for the N64. Her theme song U.N. Owen was her, is how hundreds of fans were made.
Why add her to Brawl? Well because she is both an extremely popular character, AND she is probobly one of the most epic villians of all time. She's really frightening at times... <_<
