Just generate sword glow and position it right in PSA. That's all.
As for a possible vertex to let him use brawl animations. You could always make Zero brawl animation compatible, then make all the current animations work for the brawl animation friendly Zero.
There would only be translation fixes and modding brawl animations, and fixing bone glitches through PSA.

The only gripe is his fingers can't move. What has Eldrian already done with his model that we need to know about? I checked the thread on Smashboards, but they don't seem to keep detailed logs on what they changed to fix things. EDIT: Well, Wait2 is done. If you guys want. You can look at it later when I have uploaded the updated FitMotionEtc.pac. For now, here is a screenshot of Zero in his Wait2, frame 1 pose. Along with what I have edited of his textures so far. I think I'll go back and redo some of the textures sometime, and paint them by hand in Photoshop. It would be trick with a mouse, but the Pen Tool is my friend, so it will make things easier. Though this will do for now. The only thing I have not animated on either of the Wait animations is the hair. I want to get some animations done before I worry about making that mane of hair move around. Either that, or we just let gravity in the game take care of it somehow.

Haha you got warned too. what did you do to get that? anyways...dude that is just great. That is some nice work. Love it. Looks perfect compared to what zero does in his games. But you said something abut the transitions being a problem? from the wait 2 to the rest of his animations right? But to be honest I dont think the unnecessary shine is going to be a huge problem. Yes it is not needed in any way and is kinda irritating, but all in all, it wont make too much of a difference. I mean dont get me wrong if we can find the problem, we should fix it but its not that big of a deal. [EDIT] hey and also the leg texture, especially the legs need to be fixed up a bit.

We are trying to make Zero fit into Brawl, and that Shine would be pain to cope with during gameplay.

Nice work on the hurt Zero stance. this brings me back. I remember back in X4 Zero had low health and said "Its not over yet!" hmm...ima go play that...

Trust me, I know. That's not the only thing that needs fixing, Zero's model needs some attention too. Also, his Attack11 will be tough to accomplish. It's hard to make Zero grab his saber. Though I'll keep at it.

I'm still working on animation. Attack11, as I said, is proving somewhat troublesome. The bigger problem comes when we will likely end up needing to rename bones in order to make Zero function properly in-game, such as moving around and such. As far as I can tell, Zero doesn't have a TransN Bone. He also doesn't have a HaveN bone either, and we can't exactly dummy bone it.

But anyways, so those two missing bones are they major flaws in the animations? What wont be there since we dont have the bones. And BTW, these bones, whos are they again? Link's?

Zero's model, so they are Zero's bones. We swapped models, and thus swapped bones, we didn't swap Zero's polygons onto Link (which wouldn't have worked). Zero doesn't have a HaveN Bone on either hand, nor does he have a bone named TransN or ThrowN. He is missing some needed bones. I could ask Eldrian if he would answer soon.
