Ocarina screwed up my hacks!

Okay, I recently installed and used Code Manager to implement the Baby hacks for Mario and Luigi. I used Ocarina to put it into Brawls.GCT, and while the babies now work, nothing else does! None of my textures, music, stages, etc, and they're all still in the right spots.
PLEASE help me! I don't know what to do, and I want to use the Baby codes, but at least help me get my hacks back to normal if nothing else.

Did the GCT you made for the babies replace the old GCT?

It's possible I might have done that. I'm still new to this -_-
Thankfully I can redownload that.
So how do I save it onto the GCT I already have?

There's a program that lets you edit the GCT somewhere on smashboards. I don't remember where it was or what it was called though. Apparently it sometimes doesn't work very well. I just put all my codes in a text file and use the code manager to make the GCT for me. The only thing about the code manager that sucks is every time you want to change the codes, you have to turn all the other ones you had on already that you still want.
EDIT: Here's the GCT editor thingy
