Heavenly Final Skiff by D.L. Yomegami[Stage - Vertex - Final Destination]
The Skiff background seems to be an extremely popular background that gets a fair amount of usage (justifiably). However, it also seems that most of those other usages desync WiFi in one way or the other. As well as that, only Mewtwo2000 to put this background over FD. So I figured I'd make my own version of it.
I was aiming for a...well, heavenly, Touhou-esque feel with the lighting. Your mileage may vary as to whether or not I succeeded.
There is a small visual glitch - occasionally, the background flickers black for a split second. It's probably not noticeable in most situations, and other than being a bit irksome it otherwise has no impact on the stage.
It is completely WiFi-safe - I tested it personally.

Black Hole FD V2 by D.L. Yomegami[Stage - Texture, Vertex - Final Destination]
Back when I made the original version of this stage, I still had a lot to learn about stage hacking. To tell the truth, I was never truly happy with the final product - something about the textures just seemed like laziness on my part, and for some reason the clouds weren't animated like they were in the original Super Bowser Galaxy stage. As such, now that I know what the heck I'm doing most of the time, I figured that this stage was overdue for a bit of a revamp.
Changes from V1:
* The clouds in the background are now properly animated.
* The FD platform had its original textures restored...
*...but to make up for that, the stage now has custom lighting (that took an arm and a leg to make - apparently BrawlBox is very particular about editing stage lighting).
I decided to upload this version separately from the original since I figured there might be some people who preferred the original version (Link below).

Tabuu's Shrine by D.L. Yomegami[Stage - Texture, Vertex - Final Destination]
I would have called this hack "Tabuu's Shrine FD," but this stage isn't exactly FD any more, is it?
Anyway, this stage is easily the most extensive "background swap" I've ever made. Instead of simply changing the background, I decided to change the platform too. The original plan was to put a bunch of subspace enemies in the background, but placing fully animated models in a stage is a bit beyond my capabilities at the moment. Instead, I came up with the idea of putting Tabuu's trophy model (his normal one, rather than his winged one) in the background of the stage as a sort of statue. The story of sorts for the stage came quickly after that. If one were to somehow get into subspace after Tabuu's defeat, perhaps they'd stumble across this monument of sorts erected by surviving members of the Subspace Army in honor of their fallen leader. Come to think of it, a shrine to Tabuu would have been an interesting addition to SSE....
Bah, I'm rambling again. Anyway, I included three versions of the stage: one with a typical subspace background (listed as "normal" in the .zip), one with the Shadow Bug background, and one with the background from the actual battle with Tabuu. The Tabuu model looks better in-game, btw.
I sized the platform to FD's collisions, so despite the fact that it's changed the stage is still Wi-Fi friendly.

FD in the Ruins by D.L. Yomegami[Stage - Vertex - Final Destination]
Yet another FD background swap. I'll do a swap for another stage eventually.
This place was where Lucas/PT finally took out Wario for the remainder of the SSE. I figured that, since it's a fairly interesting place, I'd put it over FD. It is worth noting that this was the first time I had to actually re-position a model (via Builder-Block-Method) in order for the stage to look nice. Before that, the top of the platform and the floor of the imported stage were even, making the entire stage look very odd. Okay, I'll stop rambling now.

Skyworld FD by D.L. Yomegami[Stage - Vertex - Final Destination]
A sort of intermediate between the standard FD and my Heaven's Gate FD. I figured that since there wasn't a straight background swap between Skyworld and FD, I'd upload mine. Skyworld's lighting actually meshes well with FD's standard textures, and I'm amazed that the shrine in the background and the platform actually merge together so well.

Heaven's Gate FD by D.L. Yomegami[Stage - Vertex - Final Destination]
Or, in other words: Spear Pillar meets Skyworld meets FD. The sky isn't animated (unlike in its original stage), but that's because the method it used to animate can't exactly be ported from stage to stage easily and it's not noticeable because of all the clouds anyway.
In addition, this stage was my first foray into custom lighting - it's based on Skyworld's, but with a more blueish tinge to fit in with the sky. For a first attempt, it actually looks really nice.
And before anyone asks; yes, I realize this could also be called "Fountain of Dreams" FD. However, any resemblance between that stage and this one is coincidental - it wasn't the look I was aiming for.
Granted, the name I gave it isn't exactly descriptive. I decided to call it that as a callback to a failed attempt to port the background of the door to Tabuu over FD, and the fact that supposedly that group of stars in the background is where Arceus resides on Spear Pillar; i.e. from this stage one can reach the stars. Bah, crazy thought processing.
Regardless of name, I'm really proud of this stage and consider it to be the best one I've made thus far.
Here's an additional tidbit of information for those of you who actually bothered to read this far - it doesn't desync WiFi.

Tabuu's Temple by D.L. Yomegami[Stage - Texture, Vertex - Hyrule Temple]
A while back, I decided to do a background swap between Tabuu's stage and FD. After finishing it, I checked to see if it had already been done - and turns out Charby did it a long while ago. So I grumbled a bit and tried to come up with a more original plan. Then it hits me: "I know, I'll put that background on Temple instead! 8D"
Here is the end result. Thanks to hotdogturtle for revealing how to get rid of Temple's sky without having to edit the stage's actual model. Granted, the stage's size sort of makes the background irrelevant, but the lighting works quite well on Temple (see third pic). I left Temple's textures alone since I have no artistic ability whatsoever and therefore couldn't make anything decent. If anyone else wants to mess with them, go right ahead.
Stage is WiFi-friendly - I tested it personally.

Black Hole FD by D.L. Yomegami[Stage - Texture, Vertex - Final Destination]
Actually, I think that's meant to be a galaxy, but it looks more like a black hole to me. P=
Anyway, this is just a desaturated (gray) Final Destination. I liked the background, but I prefer stages that are Wi-Fi friendly. At the same time, there's a dearth of FD textures that aren't completely new stages or simple recolors of the standard FD. So I made this. I plan on redoing the platform later once I get better at hacking.
