Yumi Yoshimura from the Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi CN show joins the Brawl! This is a fairly early version, there's no custom PSA yet, but it includes replacements for all of Mario's costumes, CSPs and RSPs, and stuff works mostly fine now.
As with all Mario costumes I know of, this should be compatible with pretty much all Mario PSAs that don't require a modified bone structure. I tested mostly with vBrawl and Smash 2's PSAs, so those are the ones I know work fine.
(needs better in-game screenshots!)

this update was already finished a really long time ago but im way too lazy to upload it lol, anywayas here it is!
reduced file size, new textures, Cappy added, wedding outfit added, builder Mario Updated, old Wario, Blue, and Fire recolors are back, Red Star and Ice Mario added too
Also PSA for Brawl and ProjectM comming soon
