[Character - Texture, Import, Moveset (PSA), Other (Effects, Animations, Final Smash, etc.) - R.O.B.]
Does anybody read? This is an Unofficial PSA, says it on the title... god; this isn't for real. If I wanted to make a real Amy Rose I would try to get ideas on how to make. This only took me a week to make this. lol. I was just messing around.

Update 5: Had to nerf and buff things for Amy in Brawl Minus. Had to fix up-tilt, side tilt, and down throw. I Also made the up-throw live like.
Update 4: Amy can turn around if she is attacked from behind with her counter attack.
Update 3: There is now a Brawl Minus Amy. Enjoy.
Update 2: Amy now has a voice. The reason why I didn't give her a voice earlier is because I didn't have an audio compressor.
