Sm4sh Ike PSA v1.0b by Lillith with credit to jaystring[Character - Moveset (PSA), Other (Effects, Animations, Final Smash, etc.) - Ike]

Apparently I'm blind and didn't notice all the holes in Ike's hitboxes. ack.

- Jab 3/F-Tilt/F-Smash/U-Smash hitbox IDs fixed up
- Down tilt/Down Smash's sound starts up sooner so it follows properly
- Down air's hitboxes now only pop up for 2 frames instead of the insanity it was
- Up Smash shouldn't whiff on its startup on small characters.
- Better Eruption chargeup!

- Redone from scratch, so hopefully less crashes!
- Data I was working on was pre-1.1.4, and not the more recent 1.1.6. This means more buffs now!
- Damage voices fixed up
- Some timings fixed up a bit, mostly sound related and not gameplay though.
Aaaaand now with this i've done all 6 of the Smash 4 Fire Emblem characters! Yay! I may also do a Smash 4 styled Chrom, but I don't quite know yet. May also port Robin to a different character for real projectiles.
For once, this isn't actually necessary! Its just an extra if you want his Eruption chargeup to work properly. To explain, for some bizarre reason all of my attempts to make the usual chargeup colour blue screwed up every single one of Ike's particle effects (Aether sword spin, eruption, sword plunge, all that), so I settled by just putting the new Eruption chargeup effects into a separate GFX bank, stupid, but still a solution that works.

Theeee... models are 'sorta' necessary, in that the filesize needs to be lowered for models to get the moveset to work properly, so if you lower texture sizes with whatever model you want to use and the outcome has the same or less filesize than what's here, then you're good to go.
Another 'not quite necessary' thing, but something very nice to have, is this code~
