Turning of safe mode bugs quite alot... It's better to link the actual hack itself then your vault.
None approved hacks in safe search bug alot and cause to NOT show at all... Yeah i've been there >.<"

I noticed two things, one the wings disappear during the standing animation, and two he keeps growing extra sets of wings during the walking animation.

You can still bounce off the B-Up[ground] even though it's invisible & remove the hitbox for B-Up[air].

Also, the Side Taunt's shoes match the wing's texture.

Some animations he either the ball form or ball aura.

N-B: You have to hold B to cause an explosion, you can't just tap it.

Needs more (attractive) B-moves.

When my semester's over (in 2 weeks) I could make a portrait and the name to go with it!

Also, I went ahead and tried it today, rather than waiting. I liked it, but I've got a few ideas for Version 2.

Not sure what's possible here, but I'll list a few things here anyway!

Under 130%

(Air only)
Up B: Wing Flap
The wings flap once and carries Sonic into a third Jump.

(Ground only)
Up B: Light Beam
Have a vertical white light attack that shoots out and hits opponents above you.

Above 130%

(Air only)
Up B: Flight
Move swap with Pit's Up B or something similar.

(Ground only)
Up B: Holy Circle
Use your Goddess Zelda's Down B attack (light version)

For his Down Taunt keep the animation but put in light GFXs coming out at different angles like a lightshow.
