dear kc-mm members i am ludabrawl and im new. First i want to say good job for providing texture hacks that is so cool.Second i wanted to say "im sorry for reporting you tourian gate stage Razanak7 but your texture hacks and the youtube series you created Metroid Legends is cool".Last i wanted to say since im new here i wanted to try and make a texture hack but the thing is...... i dont know how . My first hack i want to make is Wendy Testaburger from South Park  for Peach.If you know how to make a texture hack and all the correct steps, please reply to this topic.Thank You.

but one question wont that be a little to complicated (no effence) i tried installing paint.net and it never works since im using a laptop it says i should update the system but never works either . What should i do

Are you using Windows 7? If you are, it might be the Service Pack. My friend had that problem recently, and he couldn't get Paint.NET installed. Try Gimp?
