That's not fixable, unfortunately.

It also happens when he shields, and I can't seem to alter that either.
Thanks for the feedback though. And suggestions for actual gameplay?

His DownB, should not go into his "helpless" state IMO. Killed my self many times by using that on the edge of a stage.

That's the point of the move. It's getting another buff to compensate, though.

I very much enjoy the Geno build that you have set for Toon Link. So much so that I made an account here so I can leave some feedback on that character. I've played him for quite some hours, and I have a few suggestions to make.
As it was said before, I think his Forward Smash is far too weak. There is such a delay afterwards, it leaves you wide open. I can understand why you don't want it to be broken but it doesn't have much knockback, if any and they can block all the hits. There's been many situations when I get them with a starting FSmash, but they just block mid-way in and punish me afterwards. I don't think the ending lag justifies the damage.
My suggestion is to make some of those hits stun, so they can't block or roll out of it so easy. That or make it a stronger knockback.
His forward air is quite awesome. I give you props for that one. I love chasing them out of stage to hit them with a forward air to get the K.O.
His single "A" attack, is alright, reminds me of a lesser version on Ganon's "Magic touch". As for his Forward tilt, I think it's horrid. Hardly any range or priority and it's very slow. When you hit them, it does little damage and simply pops them up in the air, with not enough stun to combo off of it.
His Down special is sweet, except when you're on the edge of the stage. It makes it very conditional to where you can only use it when you're within the center of the stage, away from the edge. Makes it quite predictable to other players so they know you wont do your downspecial near the edge. Perhaps change it so you can still grab the edge or no free fall afterwards?
Everything else is pretty much awesome. Very fun to play as. It may just be that I suck terribly with him and I can't play him properly, but thought I'd leave my two cents here anyway.
Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback, I much appreciate it! I've actually got a cleaned up version that has most of what you've suggested fixed. Are you playing on VBrawl (Not Brawl+)? That may explain why people can shield in the middle of the FSmash - There's a hitbox coming out every 5 frames, I didn't realize hitstun in Brawl was THAT low. I'll look into imitating ZSSamus's DSmash or something, for the stun, that should work better!

@ Shadic I guess the computers in my game are smart Because they combo me all over the stage in Brawl+ And never die with Geno Also they still kick my *** around with an incomplete PSA

I'm currently using the latest Brawl+ build. I do seem to get them stuck at around 50% of the time. One friend can always block them with no problem, even after the initial hit.
I'll keep checking in for a revised version, whenever. Looking forward to it!
