How to save a CSS?

i found this CSS that i really love, but have no idea how to get it into my game. help?

i read wrong lol to save a CSS just need to place the sc_selcharacter.pac on the (X):\private\wii\app\RSB(X)\pf\menu2\

I thought it was [ISO]\system\common5_en.pac. Replace the default sc_selcharacter_en.pac with the new one, or if it was the common5_en.pac, its easy! Just replace that!

Lol thats if you have emulator the other way is via sd-wii
