A mod of the Mega Man PSA created by KTH, LJSTAR, mariodk, ads15, xxgbcxx and SouthCraft. The modifications to this moveset places its sound effects over Petey Pirahna so that when used with BrawlEx, Mega Man and Ness can coexist and each have their own sounds. In addition, he has his graphics fixed so that they don't conflict with Ness' graphics.
There is one minor bug where when in a match with Ness, Mega Man will say PK Fire when using his Buster or Crash Bomb. I haven't yet found a way to prevent this, so if anyone knows how, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
The Download comes with only the necessities, which includes both the moveset file and soundbank, as well as a BrawlEx Fighter Config. If you make your own Fighter Config for it, be sure to set it to soundbank 139. To get the models and Motion files, you still need to download the original moveset, which can be found here:

Just to be very clear, we did not make this moveset. We merely edited it to prevent conflicts with Ness in BrawlEx.

Special Hi: [Fly] (The beginning stage of this attack will be like Pits) Dragonite Flys up with a degree of control. (The second part of this attack hasnt been fully thought out yet. But it has a few ideas. One is that when you press a specific button, Dragonite will do a different attack out of his Fly. Down B would be where he stomped down to the ground. Like how Fly works in the pokemon games.
Special Lw: [Outrage] A Press and Hold Stance, where Dragonite goes crazy and starts rabidly attacking with various attacks. Dragonite can move forward, turn around while using Outrage. Dragonite will aslo take a percentage of damage for every few seconds he's using outrage.

What's up guys? This is the LC with a brand new brawl hack! This time, it is Mewtwo over Wario. Yep, you heard that right. I was thinking about not uploading this, but then I realized that I had trouble doing this, and I didn't want this to happen to anyone else. For the Wario (Ware) slots, they are Mewtwo, the brawl trophy model, and for the Wario (Classic) slots, they are the original Mewtwo model from Super Smash Bros. Melee. Everything works, I don't know what happens if Wario Man is used, I never found out. Cheers ;) -LC

up tilt- a vicios headbut starting low until the top

dash attack - he pushes all his body foward and hits the opoenet witha stong headbutt.
up smash-iron head- gyardoes gets his head in position and launges a violent headbut
