This adds 14 costumes to every character, and replaces all CSPs, BPs, and stocks with numbers (with a different color for each character), to make it as easy as possible to swap out costumes.
It includes additional costumes to make sure nothing crashes; the new ones replace all textures with a flat red, to make it clear they are placeholders.
A limitation of having 14 costumes is that the BPs and stocks for the last four costumes for most characters must be the same as the first four costumes of the next character. For this pack, that just means instead of showing a 10, 11, 12, or 13, you'll see a 0, 1, 2, or 3, in a different color.
To install, just copy the contents onto your SD card, over a copy of Project M 3.6. If you want my Out-of-the-Box CSS, there's an alternate sc_selcharacter.pac in projectm/pf/menu2 you can use to replace the default.

This is my favorite three colors of Assault Falco, with the scarves replaced with one of a contrasting color. This makes them look less like Falco in his Assault costume, but I like the look better.

This is an improved CSS for Project M that also works with Pyotr's PMEX build (hence the Ridley Slot).
There are a few things you should know before diving in head first:
There is a CSSRoster.dat included that works with the PMEX versions of the CSS. Use that to get the roster order you see.
There are 2 versions of the CSS. The default one uses CI8 format for the icons. The other uses the CMPR format instead and has a smaller file size. Use which ever one that best fits your personal build. If you intend on adding tons of custom content, CMPR is the best for you.
The CSS can accommodate for more EXSlots than Ridley. However at certain slot totals, the arrangement of the icons gets weird. A definite pattern to this is currently unknown, but generally you want to have at least 47 slots in total if you add more than 1 EX Slot to the CSS. Multiples of 5 over 45 are a good marker to aim for in terms of slot total.
To change the look of the icons, you'll need to use Brawl Box and replace the MiscData[70] in the .pac that you're using. Be aware that there are certain versions of those files made specifically for their respective Sc_selcharacter.pacs. (Cmpr goes with CMPR; PMEX with PMEX; etc.)
There are two styles that the CSS Icons can be: one that mimics the PM style and another that harkons to Smash 3DS's Character Icons. Choose whatever one tickles your fancy.
The Character Icons themselves are a specific size. The image is 46 by 46 pixels in a 64 by 64 transparent canvas. Keep this in mind if you want to make your own icons.

This removes the names from the character selection icons, in addition to everything done in Less Compressed CSPs.
It does this by removing everything related to them, rather than just moving them off-screen, so it reduces the filesize by around 14KB.

It also removes the flashing new icon, since it doesn't make sense for PM, and removes the shadows cast by the character icons (which were not very noticeable, and worked in Brawl but hadn't been redesigned for PM, and didn't work well with the new background).
