65 October 7th, 2017 [Character - Texture - Falco] Slight tweaks to Falco's red, green, and blue outfits.
Red - replaced boots with default boots.
Green - boots and scarf are default colors and pants are fox's color
Blue - boots and scarf are default colors, jacket is made to match his feathers, and pants are Slippy's colors

[Character - Texture, Import - Ness] I took Filipianosol and KTH's Melee Ness Trophy and gave him recolors! I also changed the buckle for his backpack to make it more accurate to the clay figure.
