[Character - Texture, Vertex - Toon Link]
My (second) vertex hack! The name is pretty self-explanatory, so I'll just explain a few things about it. The hair has some weird angular parts, but they're very small and nearly unnoticeable. When certain animations are done, the back of the hair kind of points itself outwards, like his hat. Those are pretty much all the problems I could find. Enjoy!
