[Character - Moveset (PSA) - Marth]

NEW VERSION
Changes:
Neutral B- Throws sword. Speed increases if fully charged.
New Wait animations
New slow walking animation
AA combo-knees opponent, (Needs a LOT of work) Punches.
Forward tilt- Kick
Up smash- spins sword rapidly (WIP)
Side smash- Spins sword ripidly (WIP)
