[Character - Texture, Moveset (PSA) - Luigi]
Finnally it's here! A WeeGee PSA! Now when you stand, walk, run, dash, stop dashing, anything that has to do with walking, use the Final Smash and use your basic B attack he stares at you!
Changed Animations/Moves:
- B: He now twiches around (for more of a chance of hitting opponets) and hunches over while giving damage.
- Final Smash: he he he..... see for yourself....
- Wait 1: Gives 2 damage if opponets are standing near you.
- All animations realted to walks and standing are now the WeeGee stare.

Looks better in-games than in the pictures.
Credit to 14fanofanime for one of the WeeGee animations. (that was used many times over)
