[Audio - Victory Theme]
Yes, it is possible to create seperate victory themes for a slew of characters, luckily, Luigi is one.
If you need help, refer to Diddy Kong's video (the easy way of doing this.): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T1MOcDG4MZ0
Just set the BRSTM I give you to Luigi's victory, Z09, you'll have to go into BrawlBox though.
This victory theme loops.
Disclaimer:As far as I know, this only works in Brawl.
Not P:M or Brawl Minus.
