[Character - Texture - Pikachu]
The motionEtc and Final.pac isn't mine so I honestly don't know what's wrong with Pikachu's B + Up Special as he almost literally starts to fly. At stages like Final Destination, you'll more than likely kill yourself trying to save yourself from falling but the motionEtc file isn't needed. I just added a minor color swap in Pikachu's Thunder. As you can see from the first image, it's more red now than blue.
