[Character - Texture, Other (Effects, Animations, Final Smash, etc.) - Ice Climbers]
Just what it describes, a color change to the Ice Climber's ice blocks (neutral B) to color them black. I've had this hack laying around for a while on my wii and decided to release it to the general public. Have fun :)
