This removes the names from the character selection icons, in addition to everything done in Less Compressed CSPs.
It does this by removing everything related to them, rather than just moving them off-screen, so it reduces the filesize by around 14KB.
To install, just copy the included sc_selcharacter.pac over the PM one, in projectm/pf/menu2.
(Updated 2/13/2016 with the fixed Diddy Kong orange costume CSP from PM 3.6, the only known change to sc_selcharacter.pac relative to PM 3.6b.)
